Return Policy for Goat House Farm Co. Products

1. Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used lotion products.
• Items without proof of purchase.

3. Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

4. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at thegoathousefarmco@gmail.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package.
• Ship the return package to the following address: 22998 CR 50, Corcoran, MN 55340.

5. Exchange Policy:

• We do not offer direct exchanges for products.
• If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt for assistance.
